Gina has been working in health and social care for the past 30 years, starting as a nurse in her native Glasgow, before moving south in 1986 and working across a range of services in both an operational and commissioning role. She has always had a passion in developing projects and services which recognise the rights and needs of people with disabilities and which seek to make a real, positive difference in their lives.

Sean joined Turnstone in 2001 as Area Manager and by 2002 had been promoted to Regional Manager for Berkshire. Today Sean's geographical remit is Berkshire, Surrey and Hampshire, which involves overseeing the smooth running of 11 registered care homes, 17 supported living services, three floating support teams and a community support service.
Since taking up the post of Regional Manager in 2002, Sean has helped to integrate several large new support contracts into the business and, working with other members of the Senior Management team in Turnstone, has helped to increase the organisation's turnover from £6 million to £14 million.
Prior to joining Turnstone, Sean worked for Berkshire Social Services, as Team Manager for two learning disability units.
Sean has 21 years experience in the social care sector, including six years working with children with learning disabilities. He has progressed through a number of 'hands on' and then management roles, for local authority and not-for-profit organisations. Previous posts include Assistant Team Manager, Residential Care Officer and Community Support Worker.
Sean holds a Diploma in Management Studies and a Diploma in Social Work, and has undertaken numerous training programmes relevant to the social care sector and to people and financial management.

Donna took up the post of Regional Manager for Turnstone in February 2003, based in Aylesbury, and since then has successfully led the organisation's expansion into Buckinghamshire. Under Donna's leadership the Bucks region has undertaken its largest single NHS re-provision project, re-providing for 52 adults with learning disabilities, and launched the first dedicated service for adults with autism.
Working with other members of the Senior Management team, Donna has helped to increase the organisation's turnover from £6 million to £14 million.
Prior to joining Turnstone, Donna was Area Manager for Hightown Praetorian and Churches Housing Association (HPCHA).
Donna has more than 20 years experience in working with adults with learning disabilities, beginning as a Support Worker in 1988 at MacIntyre Care. Passionate about service user involvement, choice and rights, Donna quickly progressed at MacIntyre, moving up to Senior Support Worker. Donna then joined HPHCA as a Team Manager (Registered Care), progressing through Team Manager (Registered Care and Supported Living), Project Manager for the Manor House re-provision and finally Area Manager, before joining Turnstone in 2003. Donna is a qualified Social Worker and also has a Diploma in Management Studies.
