Quality Review Group
The Quality Review Group consists of senior managers, and board members, some of whom are parents of people we support, and represents an excellent opportunity for families to get involved in the organisation's performance.
The group monitors and improves upon the organisation's performance, by reviewing and acting upon all compliments, concerns and complaints, and driving forward a robust continuous improvement plan.
