Service User Recruitment Group
The Recruitment Group consists of people we support taking a formal part in interviewing candidates at all levels. They are trained by Turnstone staff; for example, supported in making lists of desired attributes, and converting these into the right questions.
This group is currently being run as a pilot in Buckinghamshire, before being rolled out throughout Turnstone.
